Flash question

Hi everyone,

I used some simple cutting and pasting code to get a flash slideshow on my main page in the "bio" section. COuld someone please help me see how I can get rid of the text that says "My Bio" right above the slideshow box? I'm new at this and don't know much html and css yet.
