Adjust MANY thumbnails

So I have my galleries set to square thumbs which I love. But when shooting in portrait every single thumb has heads cut off. The process of adjusting one thumb at a time takes FOREVER. Any way to make this process faster?

If you are a Power User or Pro, then there is some javascript that you can add, called the "Bulk Zoom Thumbnails" (search Dgrin for it).

Unfortunately, it only works if you want _all_ of the thumbnails to be exactly square, with zero exceptions.
