I have an Epson 2200 and am very satisfied with the quality of the prints. However, I am finding it more difficult locating stores selling Epson Brand inks my 2200. My applications for the printer are prints for framing & display.

The question I have is: are there any alternatives to Epson Brand inks that are equal or better than the recommended inks used for my printer?

Thanks in advance!

Dejan

If mail order is an option, just get them through atlex.com. Legit, genuine, and cheaper than most places. Here is the page for the 2200 (http://www.atlex.com/epson-stylus-inkjet-printer/photo_2200_printer_paper_ink.htm).

Since I also frame and sell the prints I did not want to risk using non-Epson inks that might not have the same archival properties.
