Ok so I just started setting up my site about 3 days ago, started out kinda slow (a lot of little silly overlooks). But after reading tutorials and viewing other sites and sifting through threads I thought I had it. Alas, I'm stuck again. I've gotten most things the way I think I want them except for 3. (1) How do you get rid of the "Gallery Page #" above and below the pic when using Journal style? (2) How do you remove the "slideshow" button? I'd like to have it only on the Portfoio Gallery. Lastly and most importantly (3) I'd like to create galleries inside of galleries. For instance I have a Client Zone where I intend to upload pics for clients to review and purchase. Each one will be private (and I've figured out how to do all that) but I only seem to be able to load pictures in the gallery, not other galleries. Same thing applies to the Portfolio gallery. I'd like to make separate galleries inside it for Wildlife, Portraits, Scapes, and such.

It's got to be something fairly simple I would think that I'm just overlooking. I can't imagine you would have to add code each time you wanted to add a new client to an existing gallery. I may be wrong, I hope I am not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.........http://michelenagle.smugmug.com/

I just wanted to say that I freaking LOVE the second shot in your homepage filmstrip. Where did you shoot that?

(1) Try this for your bio gallery.

.gallery_7460849 #albumNav_top,
.gallery_7460849 #albumNav_bottom,
.notLoggedIn .gallery_7460849 #breadcrumb {display: none;}

(2) You have this effect everywhere.

.play_slideshow {
display: none;
}

For gallery specific
.gallery_xxxxxxxx .play_slideshow {
display: none;
}

or

For gallery specific
.gallery_xxxxxxxx .play_slideshow {
display: block;
}

or

.play_slideshow {display: none;}

.category_Portfolio .play_slideshow {
display: block;
}

Have you tried creating sub-categories.

You can have a galleries page showing categories with each clicking to a list
of sub-cats for a category. You currently have your category/gallery box
hidden in your control panel.

For your clients category create a sub-cat for each client and you can have
multiple galleries for each. There is a way to hide the clients cat from the
main categories page.

Allen, Thanks I'll give what you suggested a try. I'm quite sure I'll be back for more help on the sub-categories. For some reason just not getting my head around them.
