How to make slideshow like this?

I love this slideshow that this photographer has, but can't figure how to get the pictures icons on the right like hers and add music to the slide show. Did this person use a certain program to put this together? It's put together pretty well.

Think I saw this in the hacks forum. I hate it, the music, takes forever to load
thumbs and they continuously scroll if mouse is in wrong position and very
intrusive to the page control.
Might search for it.

I don't understand music on a photography homepage, diverts attention from the photography itself. If the person likes the music it is not going to make them like your photography better. If they dislike the music, then they probably won't see your photography because they will have left the page. Personal opinion, of course :).

Love the slideshow... Not liking the music idea either cause of loading time.
