Very nice composition, Dwayne...
The abstract nature of it is screaming to me for a bw conversion, high contrast in nature...

Here is my humble opinion:
The composition is excellent. I can see an imaginary line from the top right to the bottom left. The stones on one side perfectly balance the icicles and the little stream running of the rock is just the icing on the cake of a perfect shot.
I prefer a little less shiny reflections on the rocks. Maybe you did use a polarizing filter. If not, you should have tried it to cut back on those.
I am not sure if its my imagination or if some of the rocks are slightly out of focus. Since the icicles look sharp, it may as well be the wetness. What aperture did you use?
Maybe a slightly tighter crop so that the bottom of the largest icicles isn't visible.
That's all I got, since the picture is so good that is hard to find something to nag, but as this is the whipping post I gave it a try.
I second the call for B/W!

Thank you very much for your comments and views on this one !
As far as the aperture it was f/16. I think its water flow that is
creating the blur in the rocks.
I have tried time and time again to get an image from these rocks
with different flows in the past, but found the same blur problem.
The icicles were just the ticket for the eye to make a sharp
reference to. Thanks again.
Take care
