I never tire of viewing Night Shots, they are way up their on my list of favourite shots :clap

The street lights are a little blown out in the shot.
Is this a HDR shot? the upper part of the image looks quite normal,
but the lower part looks HDR to me :scratch

Thank you for the post. This isn't an HDR. It was shot at F11 for 10 sec on ISO 100. I'd like any advice on a way to tone down the lights on the street so they match with the rest of the photo.

Look the one skyscraper!! It almost looks like a city :rofl
If you moved a little west you could have gotten the smirnoff bottle building too.
