How can I photograph it?

Well, I think first we have to know what is not comming out right... are the colors wrong? Glare from reflected light? Not all in focus?

When you are shooting a primarily white object, you have to tell the camera that, otherwise it thinks it is shooting a gray scene and exposes accordingly.

If your camera has exposure compensation, try dialing in some positive + compensation until you get what you need. The more you dial in, the whiter the paper will get.

If your camera has a spot meter, then meter off the white, and in manual exposure mode, set the exposure so that the meter reading shows +2EV. That should get you the same results.
