What do you think?

Few days ago I took this shot of a mime - I found it cool.

I adjusted the photo a little in PS to make the background black, so his face pops up,
and posted it on the DSS#19 (Contrived or Natural) contest.

The title of the photo is: "What do you think?"

The black background next to the face isn't completely black. Maybe you did it on purpose....... I thought it was distracting......

I would agree with Azzaro on the ghost around the edge of the face, secondly could you crop it a little tighter on the lefthand side to completely remove the ear, looks a odd just having the bottom lobe showing. Finally at the top of the picture (top centre) there like a parting in the persons hair (running left-right) which is a light-grey in colour, this seems to draw your eye up to it, it would be better is it was all black so that his hair on the top of his head just blended into the dark background.

On the whole I like the picture

Yup that's why I took the picture, because I liked her bird :smooch

Anyway, I removed the "ghost" effect (I didn't know it was called ghost) and here is
what (s)he looks now:

BTW: because (s)he has such nice red lips and (s)he reminds about the KISS band,
I called the image "Want a KISS?" - and resubmitted to the contest.
