Move Previous or Next Page

Seemingly simple, but can't get a handle on it. I have 3 pages of pictures. I have a pictue on Page 2 that I want to move/arrange to Page 1. I can shove it all over the place in the current page, but I haven't figured out how to move it to another page.

Under tools > arrange > arrange by number put a number one in it's box. That
will get it to page one. Then use the drag to arrange under the photo.

Or just put in your new order number.

Thanks Al, I appreciate the quick, and as always, accurate response. I figured it was something simple. I guess I just have to learn to post my searches a little more accurately.
