View Full Version : Unable To View Any of My Photos?

I posted this in the pinned Bug thread and haven't had a response, so I'm reposting here.
I click on all of my gallaries and the pages load, but no photos appear? I made sure I was logged in, because some gallaries are private. I have also noticed that my Control Panel on my main page has dissappeared? I have been aware of this problem for about at least 24 hours. Any suggestions.
Thanks

Your site is working fine for us, IE and Firefox (and safari for me too). But Apple's got a bug in Safari, and that may be causing your problem.
Try Firefox and see? :ear

Thanks. I tried downloading Firefox but can't do that either. I may have too old of an operating system? I don't know, I'm computer illiterate. I hate computers.

One simple things to try is to clear your browser cache and clear your browser cookies, then shut down your browser, then restart your computer, then try to access your site again. Sometimes, the cache gets a little wedged and this clears it up. This (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache) is how you clear you browser cache.

Thanks. I already tried that, no luck.
I either have to take in my CPU and see if someone can debug it, or buy another computer. Crap.

Which bug is that? Ive noticed something similar. Using safari i can often not see any photos on pages that use the stretchy code. This is without any personal customization..just the default smugmug code. On FF it all works fine.
Since quite a few people use safari, this is a little worrisome.

The bug shows in differently. Usually either SmugMug style does not show photos or you get a 'bad request' error message. It should only happen with 10.5.6 of Mac OSX as far as we know. Apple's on the case. Here (http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=117495&highlight=response)'s more on it.
