This little guy was right at the edge of my minimum focusing distance...so it is a little soft. Always something!

In breeding plummage from last April.

Sometimes we get a bit too obsessed with razor sharp images.. or oversharpening.. :deal

Wow! What a great look at a butter butt! Love the pose and the red leaves add a splash of color to more of the image.
