I can use and see Korean words on others pages including description and caption areas. But, the words typed in Korean are not displayed in the keywords list. All characters are converted to ?? (a series of quotation marks) when I open the EDIT box. Any solution?

Moreover, I cannot search Korean words through the search box.

Thanks in advance.

There is a lot of people waiting for the correct support of UTF8 or UTF16 alphabets in Smugmug. So far no positive response from Smugmug e.g. see the one from many other requests

Personally, I think that Americans don't realize importance of accented characters for us. How would they feel if they had to read an image keywords "P??ct??r?? of m?? f??m??l??" instead of "Picture of my family"...

We do we do realize how important it is to you and I'm sorry we don't have it now. They're not utf8 now because they are parts of urls and then so we'd need to encode them so that they'd work properly thoughout the site - not an impossibility but unfortunately behind other more pressing projects, I'm very sorry :(

I'm sorry to hear that. I think it's the most important project than others. I believe that you can get more subscribers dramatically around the world. I hope you will solve this problem as soon as possible. Thanks.
