Hello all,

Can anyone tell me what the minimum resolution for the "4 inch Desk Clock" is? I didn't realize it, until a customer emailed asking where it was, but it doesn't come up as available in the shopping cart.

When I look at it's individual pricing, all I see for that selection is "Some products not listed due to small image size. Try uploading a larger image." This is on a print that is 3008 x 2000. If that's not sufficient for a 4" print (or probably smaller), what is?

Thanks so much?

Shane ChambersHi shane,

Ish... We no longer offer the desk clocks because the quality wasn't as high as other gifts. I removed it from the catalog online that consumers see, but unfortunately it wasn't so easy to remove it from the pro pricing list.

Long story short, I set the resolution requirements so high it won't show up.

I'm really sorry for the confusion.

All the best,
Baldy

OK, not a problem. Thanks for clearing that up!

Hi shane,

All the best,
BaldyI take it if the resolution of the original image isn't high enough for larger prints - these prints will not show up as purchasing options in the basket even if pro-pricing is available for larger prints in the respective gallery? If so what is the breaking point PPI resolution.

I've been wondering if I needed to up-sample my images before submitting to Smugmug.
