Removing specific Key Words

Hi,

Had a look through the threads for Key Words but can't find an answer to this one.
I have a search page where you can click on Key Word Search.
http://www.paul-griffiths.net/keyword/
This brings up the Key Words but I was wondering if there is a way of hiding specific Key Words from the list.
I have certain words that are repeated in my Galleries and Photographs - "Cancer" for example as I donate money from sales to Cancer Research.
If someone picks this as a Key Word they would get most of my Photographs displayed.
Is there a way of leaving this as a Key Word for the search engines, but removing this from the Key Word page?

Also is there a way of removing the Bread Crumb for this page.
I have changed or removed the other breadcrumbs, but this one is still visible.

I'll keep digging - did a few searches but couldn't find anything.
