How to clean up a Gallery

Sorry if this has been posted, I couldnt find anything but maybe somebody can point me to the right direction.
Im am building a web page and want to link my web page to my galleries on smug mug. I would like my gallery pages in smug mug to be completely cleaned up and just have the navigation for moving from one picture to the next and one page to the next. How do I go about this? I attached a photo to show you what I meant:

Do you want this for all galleries on your site? Or only some galleries on your site? With these answers and a link to your site or the gallery you want this done on, I can give you some ideas how to do that.

the picture above has since changed a bit but you can see what theme my site has now. I really wanted to get the galleries linked like andys moon river photography style.
4 or 5 large photos in a row, each linking to a journal style album.
It seems that my albums and galleries dont match the rest of the site.
