Video resolution?

I'm not sure I'm using the right words so bear with me please. When I upload a video that's plays at 16:9 (more rectangle) it plays back on smugmug looking more like a square.

This is one example. When I play the Quick time file it plays at 16:9 (more rectangle), after I upload it though it is more square. Using Final Cut Express and a Panasonic AVCHD camera.

Thanks for the help, I've been in kind of a baptism by fire over the last few weeks with new equipment and software and my head is still spinning.

Ok, now I'm confused. This video loaded the correct size. What gives?

Can anybody help me with this? I uploaded another video today that I can view on my computer at the correct aspect ration, but is wrong on smugmug???
