A little note of fact: the mountain viewable in the distance on the right is Mt. Mckinley the largest peak in the US.

It's also more than 250 miles away. :thumb Nice pic. Keep going though, cause I think you can beat it for the contest!

Cool shot, like the view. It does need something, it's a little boring, and no offense to you or Mr. Mckinley :D

Great shot!!! I agree it needs some thing... Can you crop off a little from the top? Maybe there is too much blue?

You've been holding out :D

I love that shot. But with the crop on the second. I like the outline of the
tent--what would be cool is a headlamp lighting it.

Ala Galen Rowell's shot.... Repeat the shot of the tent with a darker skyline and flash a strobe inside it while the shutter is open during a long 30 second exposure.

heh it took me a good while to hike my way out there!! :-) Although i will probably go on another next week hopefully its good weather can try for another shot. Will try the flashlight thing ;)
