To my surprise, this Least Bittern came out in the open in early morning light.

Excellent shots! Early morning lighting often yields great effects as in your pics.

certainly that's a better look at any of these guys than i have ever seen. But just so you know, all of them do look a little "hot" on my screen. Still, very nice to look at. Regards...Keith
