Help, my website is not working. For some reason it is saying it don't exist when i go to it. the website is
www.kc1stphotography.com

When I type in www.kc1stphotography.smugmug.com it works fine. But I havent had to type all that in before.

Your custom domain and your SmugMug nicknames are working fine for us, can you please try again?

This is weird. I just went to the site just fine on my Blackberry.... But still don't work on my internet. My laptop and business computer both can't go to it.

It looks like you have set up http://www.kc1stphotography.com (WITH the www) - and this works.

But you don't have http://kc1stphotography.com (WITHOUT the www) setup at all.

If it works part of the time or for some users, you might have 2 @ A records. One pointed to us at 208.79.45.23 and one pointed somewhere else. Delete the other record and keep ours. If you still have trouble, contact me on the help desk and I will help you get it fixed.

it has always worked either way. This has never happened to me. It still isnt working today.

It is like once you log in my acct and then log out... the next time you go to the website it says it don't exist.

Katie, Your A record is pointing to the wrong location.

kc1stphotography.com. 3600 IN A 68.178.232.99

It needs to be pointing at 208.79.45.23

Change that and it should start working correctly in a few hours.
