hope i can explain this,
on my gallery page (http://microcosm.smugmug.com/galleries), it shows all my galleries. but, the pictures keep on changing ... so how can i make the picture of each particular gallery show the first picture in that particular gallery?

thanks.Use the 'feature photo' feature.
While viewing the image in the gallery go to 'tools' | this photo | more | feature |
