Nir, you changed your avatar, now you look like a guy! The other one always did confuse me. I knew you were a man, but I just could not accept it with that other avatar there. Weird.
If things worked that way, I would be an egret and Rutt would be a dog.

OK, back to the subject at hand.
4 labs, and that is what I am sure you are. That is a wonderful photo!
How do those books work? They were asking for submissions for SC, but I didn't do it.
It is wonderful that you got in: or your dog did...:rofl .
very good capture with that ball and the swimming dog.

Really nice piccie, Eric. The dog and the USA ball is always going to be compelling here, and your exposure is great, plus the shallow DOF really sets it off. :clap

Thnxs everyone I had totally forgotten about the picture it was a great way to wake up this morning.
Ginger The 24/7 America book was very successful, it is a collaboration between pro photogs and ordinary Joe's who submit pictures. In order to be in teh original I believe you had to submit a pic from everyday of the year. They started to do state by state offshoots and now are doing a Dog 24/7 and Cat 24/7. You also get to choose your own custom cover..

That was my concern. Just so many of them coming out.
it is the time of year for graduates to make honor.........rolls.......on someone's list, if they purchase a book, or something.
the 24/7 thing, it just made me think of that. but it is being sold, the sc one, at barnes and noble.
I am on a legitimate honor society, i do not get their newsletters anymore, as i thought the last one i got in the mid 80s was spam, and that was before there WAS spam.
so some of this stuff is legit, I just don't know how to tell which without a power search. Sometimes more.
ginger any suggestions on 1) telling my daughter that her son is NOT on any honor society and to stop buying books and 2) how to tell the difference between legit and money making? Are some of these things kind of in between? Kind of grey?
How to get back on my legit honor society's, from college, forget the name? No, it is not that one, it has science and math majors. The other one doesn't. Or didn't, or something. I almost did not go to the initiation, at the legit college, as I was too wary. And I didn't invite anyone, and later I found out it was a big deal.
My daughter bought her own scam honor society book. I never told her. That was early 80s
