I've been having problems with my website since the day after Christmas. First, my home page was rearranged and I didn't do that (I fixed it). Then I had to log in twice in order to get into my site and now when I log in as of yesterday, I can't get into my site at all. Please help me with this problem. Thanks.

Hi Tilley, we didn't change your homepage but we'll find out what's up with the login issue. Are you trying to login from www.smugmug.com ?

No, I'm logging in directly on my website. It comes up with the question of passwords but then doesn't log in. Thanks for the help. It was working fine until the day after Christmas.

Sorry for the hassle. Please use your nickname address (http://visualimageinc.smugmug.com) as a workaround. For some reason the cookie isn't properly catching up for some users on their domains.

Also make sure that your browser accepts all cookies (including third party cookies) - check on that here (http://www.smugmug.com/help/cookies).

We're still trying to figure out what might be the problem.

Correction - login is through SmugMug but directly on my website. Am I suppose to use the nickname address as the password with my e-mail address because if so, it's not working.

No, you login with your email address (OR Nickname in the emailaddress box) and your password.

Do this from www.smugmug.com please.

I changed the original password with SmugMug. On www.visualimageinc.smugmug.com - my e-mail address and new password work. On www.visualimageinc.com - my nickname and password work. So now I can get into my website. Thanks for the help. When my homepage was rearranged - was that a glick in the network or did someone hack into my site? Just wondering.

Are you logging in from your custom domain? That has never been (officially) supported. You need to log in from either www.smugmug.com (http://www.smugmug.com) or from yoursmugsite.smugmug.com.

See http://www.smugmug.com/help/acctlogin.
