Sorry, there isn't an option to approve all the comments.
Feature request: A way to approve all pending comments. I have 60 new comments to approve! Right now my ping times run from ~300ms to 9000 (yes, that's 3 0s) so there's no way I'm going to slog thru clicking "approve" 60 times.

I'm having a big problem with comment approval. When I approve one comment, and then click to "return to comments", the page loads in a random fashion. Sometimes it loads with the oldest comment at the top. Other times it loads with the oldest unapproved comment at the top.
It's REALLY annoying to have to click (at least) 4 times to approve each comment. I have to appove it, then click to return to the comment page, then I click on "next" in the "find" box on my browser to search for the second instance of "approve", then I have to click on the "approve" link again. It takes 240 clicks (and 180 mouse movements) to approve 60 comments. This is a really poor UI.
I strongly suggest that instead of having an "approve" or "delete" link for each comment, have checkboxes for each comment. At the top of the page have a checkbox for "mark all approved" "unmark all approved" "mark all deleted" and "unmark all deleted" (the unmark boxes enabling one to "undo" a "mark all" choice). To approve all, I'd mark the checkbox, then the "submit" and in 2 clicks I would be done. Similarly, I could delete all (if they were spam). Or I could mark them all to approve then go down the list and singularly unmark them (if I want to defer my decision) or mark to deleted, etc.
