Ahhhhhhh I see it, there are Parking Meters yet it says it's a Tow Away Area
The right arrow markings on the road are in the actual parking bay of one car park,
so if a car is parked there the sign would not be visible either :rofl ..... Skippy :D

I'm waiting for a cartoon character to run into the parking meter along the arrow and then Eddie Valiant to walk in from the right muttering "Toons..."
Pan to the left to see Benny the Cab being towed away... :rofl
