I am lucky enough to have a job that takes me to many places in the world. I recently visited Manaus in Brazil. Three other colleagues joined me on a two hundred mile, 3 day trip up the Amazon river. On our journey we met a woman who had befriended some pink dolphin and fed them every morning. We were able to feed the dolphin and then swim with them in the river.

The children on the fishing boats also feed the dolphin.

Thanks for sharing these with us, Peter, it's so nice to be transported to other parts of the world. My favorite shot from Manaus is the young boy smiling from the boat in the rain. Great human moment and the composition frames it perfectly.

as you can see it was raining and he used his sandals as paddles. His home was about a mile away.
