Customer can't download photos!

Hi, i've received a few vague complaints this year about the checkout process on my website, some either unwilling or unable to explain in detail. I have had a couple of smug heroes look at this in the past and there's been no problems found. :scratch

I just had another complaint, this one from someone trying to purchase a download of one of my images and he's tried on two computers using Windows Explorer and Safari and cannot find the dropdown menu after clicking on the "buy" button. I have no problems finding this menu on my own computers (using both Safari/IE ).

Can anyone out there check my site for me? Could this be a problem on his computers like a Flash update or something? Or have I just left some garbage lying around in my CSS somewhere?

I'm having a different kind of problem on my site, but found your thread when trying to answer mine... so i thought i'd help you out since no one else had replied. i just went to the link and clicked on the buy, got the drop down. took me to the window to select what size to purchase. and went as far as i could through checkout process without actually buying the photo. no problems here...
i'm using win xp, latest version and updates of firefox. so it sounds like it might be something on the customer's side... but i'm no computer wiz! :dunno

Thanks for the input Jo, I'm hearing the same from friends, and I found another old thread with the same result - leading me to believe it is a problem on the customer's end. This will be the fourth whose problems I couldn't resolve, and as far as I know the other three didn't return to purchase!
