These are all with the Tamaron 70-300mm Macro. All full frame.

It was an open house at a nearby refuge. Wildlife Rehab groups were there with what they call "program birds" These are birds that they use for educational programs. The birds all have an illness or injury that keeps them from surviving in the wild.

Very cool stuff. I would say that they'd be nicer if you focused on the eyes. They all seem to be just out of the DOF - especially #2. Just my $0.02 worth.

I was trying to get the eyes in focus, but they never stop moving their heads. In Macro Mode at 300mm you dont have a lot of play. These were the best I got, and while not perfect, I thought they were pretty cool.
