HELP - Slideshow is not viewable

I have received several reports that my slideshow is not viewable when visitors come to my home page. It looks fine in my visitor and owner views.

Here is another reort that it is not working:

Did you verify the albumID and fix the splash image like I mentioned in my other post on this issue?

As john mentioned in the other thread, it is your splash that's stopping the
show. Either delete that line or get a good link in there.

I don't understand. I verified that the album ID was correct and the link for the splash was correct.

After your posts I have removed the splash entry altogether. Does it work now?

Yes, your slideshow works now. As I said in my other post, the link to your splash image was not publicly accessible (even though it may show for you). That can be because:

It's marked as [X] hidden in the gallery
External links are not enabled
The URL is not correct
You have a password on the gallery
You haven't enabled that size of images for the gallery
