single video page

Hellllooooo out there , Still learning here, need help please, I would like to add a 16:9 hdv to my video page , and i would like it just to start and play center screen big as poss, with info that i write centered under it just like my front page ,

Pleas help , also have tried uploading the film before do i need to convert from QT before uploading ??/
