When I am logged into to my galleries page the categories show up but when I log out and view my page, when I click the galleries page, its empty. Can someone take a look at my css and see what bone head thing I am doing wrong???

Remove this about 40% down from your CSS and see if everything works.

#homepage #categoriesBox {display: none;}

The galleries page has two names, homepage and galleries.
