New to SM and need some help....

The directions on making galleries and sub-galleries are a bit confusing to me.

This is what I am wanting to do but am not sure how to go about it.

Example...

Family Gallery
Daugher (I suppose this would be a sub-catagory)
Grandson (this sub-catagory would be inside the Daughter gallery)
Granddaughter (another sub-catagory inside Daughter gallery)

Can this be done or is it not possible to make a sub-catagory within a sub-catagory if that is what I am actually trying to do?

Please give simple and easyyyyyyyy instructions...I am brain dead when it comes to this kind of thing.

You only have 3 levels:
>>> category >>> subcategory >>> gallery

You can have mulitple subcategories within a category, and multiple galleries within either a category or a subcategory.

So you could have a family category.
Within that you could have a subcategory for your Daughter, another subcategory for your grandson, etc. But all within Family.

I believe SmugMug is working on a deeper structure for a future release, but for now you'll need to work within the current structure.

Thanks Denise...I kinda thought that was the case. I will be happy when SM makes a better structure. It is surprising that this hasn't been done before now. Oh well, its a hellva site anyway.
