I just recently had help installing a second banner for my Engagement Category. It works great with Mozilla, however the banner is not showing up on Explorer. Here is the link: http://natalielane.smugmug.com/Engagement

I see a number of errors in your page. I'm not sure which ones are causing the different behavior in IE, but you need to fix the errors before we can find out for sure.
Somewhere in your customization, you've entered this code:

First, I think you've put it in the wrong customization box. You should probably put it in either your Custom Header or Custom Footer.
Second, the <embed> tag in this HTML doesn't have a closing > mark to end it.
Then, in your header, you don't have matching <div> </div> tags. You appear to have two extra </div> tags which is really messing up the structure of your page.
Remove the two </div> tags in red:

Now, in your footer you are missing two closing </div> tags. You MUST have one and only one matching </div> tag for every <div> that you add to any of the individual customization sections. Your need to add the two </div> tags in red below:

Then, in your CSS for #my_banner why are you using "_background:none;"? That is killing the header in older versions of IE. It seems to me that you should take that out.
After you make these changes, we can look again and see what is left to make it work.
