I have no clue what that stuff is pyry :huh
Looks serious work though, I mean gosh fire in the kitchen usually means one of two things, trouble or you know what your doing :rofl
You look like you know what your doing :nod
I like the flames in the first shot, they rose pretty high didn't they.

Okay, seriously, I'm coming to visit! My friend made this for a Christmas party a couple years back, and I was instantly hooked. Warm, soothing, and delicious. Your photos make me crave it again. :thumb

It's spiced red wine, basically. Jaakko (in the pictures) and Antti put little bit more effort into it making the whole thing without the usual ready-made base commonly available up here. The sweetening in this case was a sugarloaf melted with burning rum :D
