Is there a way to make a Contact form where the user just types in/ or selects (from a drop down menu) the required information for the field. Then they can hit submit and have it mail to you?

Is there a way to make a Contact form where the user just types in/ or selects (from a drop down menu) the required information for the field. Then they can hit submit and have it mail to you?
