Something very plain ... drape a cloth so that it goes underneither and up behind the bottle as a background.

Something black? other colours would work too :nod

the bottle is really well exposed but i do agree with skippy. You could also add an angled glass on its side resting at the side of the bottle just to add that something extra to the shot.
