Question about DSC-F828 sync speed.

I've noticed that a few of you on here use the DSC-F828 CyberShot Pro camera. I also have this camera. However, I use it with a Vivitar 285/Wein SafeSync. Does anyone know at what speed the shutter syncs with the flash?
