Lost picture!

I was looking through my pictures and found one that is missing! Do I have to go through them all and see if they are there? This is very disappointing.

I'm referring to my Smugmug site. I gave a link to the picture. The original is missing. I still have a copy of it. That is not the point.

Except now it's rotated 90 degrees. What caused this? I'm having a crises of faith. I feel the need to keep checking over a thousand pictures to make sure they are still right.

Shay, how long out can you restore originals? i deleted a couple off my smugmug ( pictureworks.smugmug.com ) and then lost my laptop with my raws...

im really only after 3 - 4 photos out of 1000 or more ive deleted in the past year....

i dont know whats involved, but if its easy to just restore everything i ever deleted i would gladly go and do the sorting out on my site and re-organize by myself...
or is that not the easy way?...:dunno i would just love to recover a couple of images

AFAIK, smugmug keeps photos forever. I'm kinda amazed that they do that, but, hey.. Storage space is cheap :)

Just send them an email and you'll get your photos back!

i really really want it to be very low impact on your end, meaning i dont want anyone to think im a fire alarm....
im just looking for a few images and i would like it to be done most easily for you...and there is no hurry....

so if that means restore everything that i have ever deleted then that is fine by me...i will sort it out...or if there is another solution just let me know...im all ears and very happy to hear the news about deleted images...
