Occasionally I'll whine about something but overall I am VERY happy with SmugMug. Now and then it'll just hit me as I'm messing around with my galleries how nice SmugMug is for Pro use, misc photo sharing, etc. The people are great to work with and you never stop innovating. I'm very happy to be a customer and I don't think twice about forking over my $150 every year for the pro account. Please my friends....don't change, seriously. Keep up the good work and I will be here for a long time to come!
Anyway, I was just in the mood....so I decided to say THANKS! And I mean it.

Jon, I've been trying to resist "ME TOO" but I cant :D
I echo your sentiments entirely, what a joy to see someone post an appreciation of the SmugMug team. It would be nice to see others join this thread and show their appreciation - absolutley no 'ifs' or 'buts' allowed though :-)

You deserve it Andy & Team. Thanks again. I'm having fun with my SmugMug account.
P.S. I had some recent frustration with another photo sharing site I'm using which prompted me to go back to SmugMug for certain things and when I came back for this particular issue, it really made me happy with the options I had here at SmugMug. No more frustrations....just happy blog posting from now on :)

Thanks! But wow is our list of improvements we're working on long... We live those all day every day so it's nice to hear from people about the progress we've made.

I will add a me too as well. I have sent an email to the support team to let them know how extremely happy and proud I am of my site and smugmug. I have had issues in the past with large galleries and moving pictures and that has simply gone away, then other incredibly helpful things popup. I can't figure out if my pro account and all of its features that keep improving make it easier to take more pictures or the incredible support of everyone on the forums including the super heros make me take more pictures. Then I keep getting compliments from all of my customers about the incredible print quality they receive. I can't think of a reason to go any where else... This is my last weekend of Football and next weekend it will be Dance and Lacrosse... I can't wait...

I'll throw my hat in the ring too...I LOVE SmugMug!!!!!! The few times I have had issues, they have been resolved in a top notch manner, quick fast and in a hurry. It's nice to know I have a partner company that stands behind their offerings and has a sense of urgency for even the smallest issue.

I would also like to add that Smugmug's generosity is beyond belief:thumb

Yes.
As a web developer when I first joined Smugmug I was a bit frustrated at how things didn't work exactly how I want them. I'm used to being able to do it how I want it.
So I tried doing it on my own, and after hours of wasted time I decided that the vast number of things I like about Smugmug outweighs the few things that bug me. Actually, there's only one but I'll keep mentioning it in the feature requests LOL
Thanks!

I will also say thanks to these fine people. We get used to contacting them whenever we have a problem and then thank them for fixing it. Rarely does any support team get a phone call or email saying "hey, just thought I would let you know that I don't have a problem, but just wanted to say thanks for what you do".
So here's to the whole team!!!
