Make Copy not working today?

FYI

The make a copy function does not appear to be working today. I tried it in several different galleries. It was fine although somewhat slow yesterday.

Hello - thanks for posting - I answered you from our help desk - just FYI - our heroes work really, really hard answering thousands of emails a week and if you email and post on Dgrin it means we do double work - you don't want that, I'm sure :D Thanks :D

Sorry Andy. I normally don't email the help desk. I thought I posted my FYI in the support forum and when I went back to see if someone had looked at it, I couldn't find my post. Little did I know I posted in the wrong forum...again, sorry for the confusion. I'll remove the word "Support" from my "Video Support" link in my favorites menu.

Can you move this to the support forum? I'll go back and check everything again and reply by post not email.

I had tried the functions in question several time this morning. Shutting down my browser and even rebooting my computer didn't fix the problem. I didnt think to clear the cache...that fixed the "make copy" function.

The "arrange by number" still has a problem, however, it appears to be the upper save button. If you click the bottom save button, everything functions normally. When you click the top button it just sits there. Sorry, I don't know what made me click the upper one since I always use the lower button. So far, I'm not having a great day. I can hardly wait for this afternoon.

Yep, it's certainly not working. I'll make sure that the engineers are aware. We'll get it fixed as soon as possible.

Thanks. Do it when you get around to it, no big deal. Like I said, I usually use the lower button, don't know why I suddenly changed to the upper one.

One other thing I noticed that has the potential to cause a problem and has caused a problem for me. When you use the "Many Photos - Delete" it automatically marks the current display image for deletion. If you're are just entering the page from that image and have no intention of deleting it and don't catch it in time...it's gone. From my point of view, it would be nice if that could be changed to not mark any images for deletion...just rely on manual marking.
