thumbs don't square again

Hello,
The thumbs don't square when I upload again. I checked from yesterday and still no change. Also, one previously squared thumb went rectangular like it did last time I uploaded.

I am not sure why you are having trouble with this. My uploads work correctly each time I upload to my personal site.

I want to see if we can replicate what is going on so I need some details from you.

Can you tell me the following:

What browser are you using?
What uploader are you using?
What steps are you taking to create the galleries?
Are you creating the gallery first and setting the thumbnail option first. Or are you changing it after upload?

Please let me know and we will investigate further.

Thanks. I noticed today that the grey background of the main galleries page has turned to black, and that one of the galleries, "Dogs," just sprouted update information which I never programmed in.
