HELP - My account has stopped allowing me to customize individual images

Hi

My account started acting funny a few days ago. Specifically after i log in and select an individual image within a gallery I now longer am able to access the image customization combo control that usually appears just below it (the combo control that contains the commands to delete, copy and move an image). Is this due to some sort of billing problem? I haven't seen an email from smugmug and my billing should be in order.
Or is this a known issue I am unaware of. :scratch :huh

Fooled me too, for a while. Look for the new "Tools" button towards the top.

My tool button isn't at the top, just "add photos" and "theme" button show up. Where did the tool button disappear to?!

Tammy, in the future please just post in one place. From one of the other three threads you posted in, I think your site is now fixed, but it's hard for us volunteers or the supportsfolks at Smugmug when you ask about the same thing in three different places.
