LisaSorry to hear you are having problems :( What is the problem you are having, slow upload time, errors? Looking at your upload log, it looks like you are in the process of adding photos now.

It could have been a connection issue, and now it's passed.

Let us know if the current uploading goes without any problems.

I use the 'Simple' uploader all the time without any problems, the other methods you mentioned above also work great.

If it continues, shoot us an email at the help desk: http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal

Let us know which uploader, browser, operating system you are using and what the issue is. :)

Thank you. I tired to upload all of the photos on two different nights. Went to bed and in the morning only a few uploaded. So I could have lost the connection, right now I'm just trying 10 to 20 at a time. Should I not load the original? Would that help, because things are slow.

You may want to upload a 'for the web' version of your photos. That might help cut down on the upload times. So long as you are meeting the resolution requirements for what you want available to print.

If you keep having problems could your run a line quality test for us then email the results to help@smugmug.com

You go here:
http://www.dslreports.com/linequality
Sign up and run the test. Registration there is free. After you run the test, copy the link to the results for us. That will let us know if there is an issue with the line preventing photos from arriving to our servers.

I read the help article on print quality. How do I upload for the web version? Lisa
