how can I lock the journal for guest book?

Hi all,
Sorry, posted threads several time in a day.
Right now, I'm tryintg create "Guest Book" on my site.
I found how to do in this forum. But I couldn't find out how to lock the jurnal. I've just selected "Jurnal" from drop down menue in this gallery.
How should I lock it? Please let me know about that.
