Fractured digit

I'm having trouble with an image that I sent to my gallery. It seemed to take about 5 minutes to upload. It showed that it was downloaded by SmugMug but when I went to look at the image it showed an icon of a digital picture with fractured digits. The size of the image was 14.5 mb. Is this too large? If so, why isn't there something to tell me it's too big or a reason why the omage wasn't accepted?

Sorry but I was too impatient. The photo posted and all is well. Just a comment.....Getting my images to SmugMug from Elements 6 is super easy. Great shortcut. Thanks much.:thumb
