Help!!!!!

this is a weird situation, on my computer and my laptop my logo shows up on my website in the top left just how i want it to, but on of my other computers it is just blank the logo doesnt show up, what would cause it to show up on some computers but not others they all are using the same browsers and at one point all showed the logo just fine. this a new website and i am about to go public with it and send out email but i am now forced to wait until i can fix this. zacharybarron.com or zacharybarron.smugmug.com thank you for all your help

The usual reason for an image not showing up for others is you haven't made it publicly available. To show up in your banner for everyone, all of the following must be true:

The image is in a gallery with external linking enabled
The image in that gallery must not be marked "hidden"
The gallery should not have a password
You must link to an image size that you allow the public to see (so if you link to the original size, you must enable originals).It can show up for you, but not others either because the image is in your browser cache already or because you are allowed to see it (like in the case of hidden images).

If you want the image to be in a gallery that is not seen by the public, then create a "site images" gallery, with external linking enabled, originals enabled, no password and set it as "unlisted". This will allow you link to any image in that gallery for use in customizing your site, but because it's unlisted, it won't show in your public gallery listing except for you.
