The size of the thumbs can't be changed. They are 150x150 if you have 5 or fewer galleries, or 100x100 with more than 5 galleries. (Or categories, don't know how you are displaying, by category or by gallery - since you didn't include a link to your site.)

I'd recommend adding your site URL to your signature, makes it easier to get help. To do that, click You! above and to the left, then Edit Signature.
