Annoying box!

How do I change the color of the annoying "box"? The CSS background color is B2DFEE ... I would like the entire page (except for the photo) to be all one (that) color! Can you tell I have no idea what I'm doing??? :barb Thanks for the help!

I'm in the process of building the website...once I find the answer to the homepage, I'll remove the "annoying box" from all the other pages, and change the background theme to B2DFEE. I hope.
