I got my new camera three days before I needed to use it for a series of special events, so I took the camera with me every day and took pictures of anything and everything to get hands on experience. I took the small quick guide with me too. I've learned a ton since then, but the effort paid off as, all of the events had nice images to choose from amongst the many I took. Nothing like just doing it!:thumb
