Can't seem to get the slideshow on my homepage working, is it just my PC or can some else see if it's working:scratch

It's not working here either.

I believe the problem is your splash image. If I remember correctly, you can't use a .png on IE without a filter. But it doesn't work on Firefox either. Check the URL for your splash photo again.

Once you have the splash working, you probably also need to add the AlbumKey parameter. See http://wiki.smugmug.net/display/SmugMug/Flash+Slideshow for the parameters.
